Receptionist, by traditional (and I suppose official) definition is many things: a greeter, an organiser, an administrative whiz, keeper of schedules and appointments. A support person, a friendly voice on the other end of the phone answering questions.

Not only is this exactly what you need in the creating and executing of Your Big Day but we found it to be akin to our (admittedly new and currently unofficial) definition: a professional reception-er.
